Who we are

Porchlight Dog Supplements is sold by Crane Health Holdings LLC dba Porchlight Pet (“Porchlight,” “we” or “us”). Our mailing address is 1500 N Grant St #7971, Denver, CO 80203. You can reach us any time at care@porchlightpet.com.

By using this website, or by placing an order once ordering opens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Where things stand today

Porchlight is coming soon and is not taking orders yet. The site shows prices and lets you fill a cart, but checkout is switched off, so nothing you do here can charge you. The parts of these terms about orders, payment, Autoship, shipping and refunds apply once ordering opens.

Who can order

Once ordering opens, you can order if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. We ship only to addresses in the United States. Our products are for your own dogs, not for resale.

Our products and your dog’s health

Porchlight makes supplements for dogs only. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a care plan for your dog.

Talk with a licensed veterinarian before you start any supplement, and especially if your dog is pregnant or nursing, takes medication, has a health condition or has surgery coming up. Follow the directions on the label. If your dog has a reaction you are unsure about, stop giving the product and call your veterinarian.

Porchlight supplements have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not drugs, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Every dog is different, and results vary from dog to dog.

Orders

Once ordering opens, placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example when an item is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund the charge in full.

We work to show prices and product details correctly. If we find a mistake in the price of something you ordered, we will tell you and let you confirm the corrected price or cancel before we ship.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Sales tax is added where the law requires it and is shown before you pay.

Payments will be processed by NMI. When you pay, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including any shipping and tax shown before you pay.

Autoship

Autoship is an optional way to receive the same order on a repeating schedule. It renews and charges automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Timing, carriers, costs and what happens if a parcel is late, lost or damaged are on the shipping page.

Our 180-day money-back guarantee

Every order is covered by our 180-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, you will need to return the bottles to us. How to ask for a refund, the return steps and how refunds are paid are on the refunds and returns page.

Discount codes and offers

If we offer a discount code or a special offer, it has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may change or end at any time. We may cancel an offer that is being misused.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback about Porchlight, we may use them to improve our products and site without owing you anything for them. We will never publish something you wrote as a public endorsement without asking you first.

Our site and brand

The Porchlight name, mark, writing, artwork and site design belong to Porchlight. You may view and share our pages for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, sell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Using the site fairly

Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it runs, try to reach systems you are not allowed to reach, copy it at scale with automated tools, or order in someone else’s name without their permission.

Services we rely on

Vercel hosts this website. Our store runs on the Medusa commerce platform. Google Analytics measures site visits, as described in our privacy policy, which also explains how we handle personal information. Once ordering opens, NMI will process payments. These providers’ own terms govern their services.

Emails from us

Once ordering opens, we will email you about your orders and any Autoship subscription: confirmations, shipping updates, reminders and the notices these terms or the law require. We will send marketing email only if you sign up for it, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Disclaimers

We work hard on our products and this site. To the extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those stated in these terms and on our product labels. Nothing here limits our 180-day money-back guarantee or any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Porchlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or order the claim is about. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If a claim is brought against us

If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against Porchlight because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first at care@porchlightpet.com so we can try to put it right.

How disputes are resolved: If we cannot resolve it together, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Porchlight agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. You may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in the county where you live, if your claim qualifies. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. For Autoship, we will tell you before a change to the price or another important Autoship term takes effect, as described on the Autoship page.

The fine print

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms, but we may transfer ours to a business that takes over Porchlight. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms, together with the pages they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the site and your orders.
